These Terms and Conditions apply to sales conducted via this website and shall prevail over all and any other terms and conditions, whether express or implied. In these Terms and Conditions, “we”, “us”, and/or “our” refer to Duck & Run Cricket Supplies; and, “you” refers to you, the customer and/or potential customer.
When you place an order we will treat this as an offer to buy from us. If we accept your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order and giving you an order number, at which point we make a legal contract with you. Unless and until we send an e-mail confirming your order and providing your order number, we have not entered into a legal contract with you. We are entitled to refuse to accept your order for any reason whatsoever, in which case we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible.

Pricing Policy and Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. In the case of product prices, these are exclusive of delivery charges. You may pay for your order with the following credit/debit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro (Switch), JCB, Delta or Solo. To ensure that online purchases are secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted using SSL technology. It is imperative that you supply the card holder's name as it is shown on the card, and the card holder's address exactly as it appears on the statement. Please contact us if you wish to pay by cheque or bank transfer.
Delivery costs are shown in your basket and at the checkout stage. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, delivery will take 1-3 business days on stock items. Delivery may take up to 28 days on non stock items. Delivery is currently restricted to addresses within the United Kingdom. If goods are not delivered within the time stated please contact us first and as soon as possible; either by e-mail, telephone, fax or post. We cannot accept responsibility for the services provided by third parties that we use to deliver goods to you.
Returns / Exchange Policy
If the wrong item has been dispatched or the goods are not of satisfactory quality they can be returned to us for a full refund. With regard to goods that are not covered by the above, we may consider an exchange provided goods are returned unused, in their original condition with labels/tags attached and/or in the original sealed packaging within 14 days of receipt. Except where faulty goods are returned all and any delivery charges incurred are non-refundable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all refunds are at our sole discretion. Before returning any item please contact us for a returns number - no returned item will be accepted without a returns number. Customised or personalised items will not be accepted for return unless they are faulty.
With regards cricket bats, the removal of any or all the branded stickers will void any warranty offered at the time of purchase.
All bats either faulty or not must be returned in exactly the same disguise as they were sold, there are not and will not be any exceptions.
